with an attractive plan.Initially service will be available in 775 towns and 4,370 villages in tamilnadu.
The Prepaid Starter Pack is Rs.49 with an Life-time Validity with 25 minutes talktime bundled with the starter pack.
Call Charges is 1 Paisa for all local/Std mobiles and landlines
Messaging:
Local SMS: 60 paise/SMS (160 characters)
National SMS: 1.2 Rupee/SMS
International SMS: 5 Rupees/SMS

tata has com with its amazing brand again ..n its tat docomo..yes ofcousre m excited as its bad recession time n i dnt want my cell to finish its balance that fast..hmm well its tata docomo with its new n amazing pricing that is 1paisa/sec..i also visited their cool site..its jus like the brand...youthful..energetic n treandy..i jus grabed cool ring tones n played sum funky games in their site..y dnt u try n hav some fun jus like me..( http://www.tatadocomo.com/default.aspx)
the plan of tata docomo are unique n thats wat grabs my attention..gettin a docomo postpaid vry soon..hope they keep up thr promoise for long..
The worst ever n/w i have come across. I have used Aircel, BSNL, Airtel and Vodafone. This is the worst in terms of n/w and customer care. When u call to Some one in between it freaks and it displays connection error, network busy and the call gets disconnected. Also when i face some issues and will call to customer care they will say that we will take a complaint and take down the complaint no, also they will add that this issue will be resolved in so & so date and so & so time. After that nothing will happen. They will never ever come back with a resolution. If you again call them then they will say that we will take a complaint regarding this issue and if we ask what happened to the complaint that i have already logged in ? the answer is... sir since the resolution date is passed so we will take a new complaint and they will say the same thing.....
From my experience i am scribbling these... Better stay away from this until they resolve all the issues...
No doubt the plan is attractive, but my personal experience with DOCOMO customer care is very bad. I think they have to work on the same.
